Cons
If you value your mental health and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. The management here is absolutely horrendous. There’s zero accountability, and they constantly shift blame to lower-level employees, even when it's clear the issue stems from their lack of leadership. Communication is nonexistent—important updates are rarely shared, and when they are, they come at the last minute with no proper guidance. It’s like working in the dark every day. Managers don’t seem to care about employee development or feedback. I’ve brought up concerns and suggestions multiple times, only to be ignored or brushed off. They also make no effort to provide adequate training or support, so you’re left to figure everything out on your own, even when you’re set up for failure. It’s like they’re just waiting for people to quit instead of investing in a positive work culture. I’ve never seen such disorganization and lack of leadership. The turnover rate is through the roof, and it's no surprise why. If you want a place where you feel valued and have solid management support, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
