Pros

Maxima's brands make great products. The quality of the apparel is great. It will help you understand the apparel business and a certain way of operating it.

Cons

Not quite sure what the personal benefit is of working at this company. The salary is low. The management treats employees with distrust. Just as any company would, they try to hire smart individuals, but then ignore them. Or micro-manage them to oblivion. Should you differ in opinion they will find a way to move you out. I imagine if you want to go here, it should be the last option and you really need employment.
