      Work from home, bonuses quarterly for work well done.

      Cons

      Tied to a phone/computer all day with minimal breaks. Repetitive work. When you have an issue, it is hard to find someone to help at times.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
