Start time is early so it's nice to leave in the early afternoon
Cons
Too many middle managers, trying to micro manage everything from what you wear, to how long it takes you to do something. Critical environment, where if you aren't part of the "in crowd" you aren't going anywhere in your career with Maximus, which is too bad, because there is potential for personal growth
