      NO PROS AT THIS COMPANY

      Cons

      Upper managment is disrespectful. They under mind and micro manage the staff. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Human Capital doesn't listen .to the employees when the supervisors abuse them verbally and emotionally. They use a point system for your worth in the company. You work unhealthy amounts of overtime during open enrollment that goes unnoticed.

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

      Cons

      They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
