      Pros

      PTO. Flex Time. A few (which is very uncommon) good co-workers. Potlucks.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Threats of being written up for just about anything or coming a few minutes before your shift. Most supervisors are stuck up, petty, and have favorites. Most of them are not approachable or pleasant to speak with, and they will talk about you behind your back. Production is sometimes unrealistic.

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

      Cons

      They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
