Pros
Steady work, casual environment, PTO, holidays off and a decent benefits package.
Cons
Production standards, particularly "handle times" are somewhat unrealistic given the accuracy to which you are to do your work. You can stay ahead of it by remaining focused though. Salaries are not up to par.
