Pros
The consumers who obtain the correct information and don't get the run around from the reps. This is at no fault of the reps 90% of the time.
Cons
The work instructions are contradictory. Managers, Senior Managers and Directors all worked together before. Therefore they promote each other rather than deserving candidates. Unorganized is an under statement. The policies pertain to certain individuals. The turn over rate is horrendous. Agents, Team Leads and Supervisors, who do most of the work, will get minimal bonuses , "Upper Management" get thousands for a bonus. The attendance policy is a set up for failure. The over hire for the turn over rate. The best part is DOH has no clue how crupt Maximus is.
