Incompetent management, lack of professionalism. The company needs to decide on a standard approach to ERP implementation. They came from a small company mentality and have never really grown out of it. This is nice at times because it can be a casual and fun place to work. The problem is projects were always significantly under bid to get the work then the project team would arrive and be under immediate pressure becuase the scope was to big for the $ and timeline bid. Hopefully this has improved since there is a new division president with better ethics.
