Weekends Off/ 8-5 shift the people that worked here some were nice and great co-workers

Horrible pay I started at $10.50 and they raised to $11 because of the statewide pay increase but they had us taking abusive calls, and doing everything that they used to have separate departments for and ABSOLUTELY unwilling to raise our pay... one supervisor would tell us to do something a certain way then you get QA’d because your supposed to do it a diff way, Training Suvks they’re like outdated what you learn in training is COMPLETELY different than what you do on the floor procedures are diff than training when your trying to get advice to ensure your doing things correctly your supervisor doesn’t even know correct policies, supervisors tell you different things on how to do things every day, there’s ppl there NOT following Policy OH AND THEY TELL YOU IF YOU HAVE MEDI-CAL AND WANT TO CHECK ON YOUR CASE TO CALL ON YOUR BREAK OR LUNCH... DONT CALL THEY FIRED ME FOR CALLING AND CHECKING ON MY MEDI-CAL CASE, just sad I was on my lunch too
