      Pros

      It's a fairly simple job, taking calls 8 hours a day. Employee appreciation days can be fun sometimes.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate. You feel like just a number because you can be easily replaced by all the temps they hire. Not much opportunity to grow at the company.
