Pros

right outside harrisburg so close to home for most people

Cons

the trainers are horrible. there are 2 trainers Lydia and another woman, anyway they set you up to fail, telling you one thing then criticizing you for doing that exact thing. plus they aren't willing to help if there is something that you're struggling at. a few of my classmates had issues with a learning a program they called 'cis', which is integral to what we do. they asked the trainers if they came in early to work, stayed later after work or came back early from breaks if they could get more practice with 'cis' and the trainers wouldn't help them. it's appears that lydia and co want people to fail so they quit and they get another class to train. thus they don't need to go onto the floor themselves and take calls. it's bad when there are training classes every 3 weeks. so training was horrible but there were other issues as well. the first is that there isn't a lot of parking spots, plus getting earlier shift then what you start off with is near impossible so don't believe the lies they tell you during the interview process. lastly there were some weird rules, the first being is that you can't wear cologne/ any perfume at all. so during the summer when everyone had a body odor it made the whole building stink. the other weird thing is the dress-code at least for women, the tights had to be black or grey; no brown or tan which as many women know not everything goes with black/grey. there were too many negatives of working here, so don't have rose colored glasses thinking that just because the job may be close to home it means that you can ignore everything else.
