Pros
Decent pay. Job will keep you busy. Coworkers (some)
Cons
Supervisors are not leaders, pressure is put on you everyday even when you are doing great, while they are chatting on their cellphones walking around outside and rarely in their office to answer questions or when a call needs to be transferred. You can have the highest productivity and get all work done, but still get in trouble if there’s nothing to pick on you about, even going as far as threatening your job, losing a bonus because of bathroom times that are “too long” in your supervisors eyes. 10 minutes out of a 8.5 hour day was enough to get called into the office for even with a doctors note. If you miss work due to being in the hospital and had filed an FMLA, that time off will still be used against you when looking for reasons to “let you go” when really supervisors have their favorites and treat anyone else who doesn’t fit that category as disposable. supervisor was very innapropirste during huddles and would talk rudely about other staff and departments, and would share personal opinions about public issues with no regulars or sensitivity to their employees who may feel differently.
