      Pros

      Some supervisors are helpful when dealing with irate consumers.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Micromanaged for everything even when using the bathroom. No room for growth. Extremely difficult and unnecessary training. You come to work to get yelled at by consumers all day. Temps get treated very poorly. I would highly recommend not even thinking of applying.
