Pros

The job is fairly simple and easy to be trained on.

Cons

The benefits package, pay, work from home status, and covid 19 policies are often confusing and or misrepresented and employees are often lied to during the hiring and training process. During open enrollment they hire a ton of people and will threaten to fire you for attendance and adherence even when the situation is unavoidable.

This company allows me to be who I am and gives me the freedom to learn the way I wanna learn

Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
