Pros

They have a great training program in my opinion. I enjoyed my training experience as well as the process going into being a transferred employee. The overtime is optional, the pay is okay, and the atmosphere isn't terrible. Some of the employees there, or most of them, are quite nice people.

Cons

A lot of tough calls, with clients who range from rude, unhappy, angry and furious, with the occasional pleasant caller. The regular plugging in and working there can make you feel like you're actually dying just a bit every day.
