Pros

paid time off bonus if you received one will pay the bills option to work remote

Cons

-Schedules are not flexible what’s so ever therefore the employees are extremely over worked as well are requiring 3 mandatory hours of ot to add to that . -Communication with management / supervisor is AWFUL . - Adherence is very strict -Definitely not enough pay for what you deal with during your calls from clients and for the unprofessionalism from staff .
