Pros

NOT MUCH, as i am having a hard time finding one

Cons

Current if you are minutes late, like 1-3, or 1-5, for coming back from break, lunch, signing on, signing off, not signing off for those breaks, taking an unauthorized break, missing training because you were on the phone because you were on the phone with a customer, documented doctors appointments, any negative or positive movement you make, is assigned on a negative point system, and you are only allowed 8-10 points, for any type of illness it is 8 points. Because of the head sets, illness ran rampant. The environment is unreachable as they want a 90% rate from employees only a daily basis. Supervisors are on the level of competition between themselves via the company to make the best on the list, and often is the comment "your bringing our team down"...environment doesn't make you feel very good.

Pros

Had a few really exceptional coworkers

Cons

One reason I was hired was to bring in new ideas and work approaches; however, when I tried implementing anything new, some of the “old school higher-ups” would balk and were never open to anything new or better. My management just looked the other way and didn’t support me. As for training, I wasn’t offered much in the way of onboarding other than being told to read a lengthy “standard operating procedures” document. No real opportunities were offered to shadow anyone so I could learn in real-time. A typical work week was 60+ hours and often stretched to 70+. It was exhausting and demoralizing. The job was not sustainable and I’ve never been more relieved to be done with a place. I cannot recommend Maximus as a place to grow your skills or to give your time. Turnover seems to be relatively high at Maximus and there are far better places to work.
