      Pros

      If anyone is looking to start their careers, Maximus is a great place to be. You learn a lot at the expense of a very low salary. As long as you have any exit path, it's a great place to be Also very little work to be done and management gives you a lot of time to do it

      Very poor salary No bonus, or tiny amount

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
