TERRIBLE PAY, DISHONEST MANAGEMENT - Quality Analyst Maximus Employee Review

Maximus got rid of all bonus pay the second they bought out VES. This is a complex and high stress job. And now - THE BASE PAY ISN’T WORTH IT. I’ve got two kids at home. There was no warning about this huge pay cut. Some QAs made more in bonuses than our base pay of $44k and poof that’s gone with no heads up or apology. Management is silent about these huge changes and the direction of the company. It’s VES’s first year with Maximus and we didn’t even get a holiday bonus - just the sudden news that we our monthly bonuses based on our work performance are gone. There is no $ rewarded if we exceed monthly quota now and Maximus keeps hiring new employees at much lower pay to replace us. DISGRACEFUL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. As a parent, it’s too risky continuing to work for such a financially unpredictable company. First chance I get I’ll be taking my masters degree where it will be appreciated so I can make a real paycheck again.
