      Good team environment, ability to work independently, no micromanagement

      Cons

      No room for advancement, limited PTO, low pay for the job. No professional development if you are a contingent employee

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
