      Pros

      Supporting the ACA and enrolling customers in health insurance for perhaps the first time in their lives is a very powerful process.

      Cons

      Metrics used to rate performance of CSRs are not correlated or related to the successful completion of enrollment. It's all about "turn and burn" the calls.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
