Pros
The pay is decent and being able to work from home was definitely a plus considering I'm disabled. Management is also friendly and nice to work with.
Cons
Pressure to only have a caller on hold for 5 minutes while needing to read through multiple documents. While you could put them on hold multiple times, you were expected to check back in with them each time, and doing so often irritated the caller who didn't mind being on hold in the first place.
