Enjoy my colleagues, a corporation where work can be purposeful because of the company mission, gained experience in my field.
Cons
Departments do not share information with each other, favoritism thrives, salaries are not competitive and talent drain is occuring as economy improves, mediocrity acceptable and professional development is certainly lacking
