      Lots of growth opportunities with in-line promotions, allowing for title changes/ salary increase without requiring positions to become available based on other resignations. Small company feeling with accessibility to leadership but with large company benefits.

      Given the workload can be unpredictable, requires team members to be flexible with longer hours at times.

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
