      Pros

      It is a very good company to gain experience working within the IT sector. The management is very good and encouraging. I think I had one of the best management experience while working here that have helped me maintain my work / life balance in a positive way :)

      I don't have any cons for MAXIMUS. I love working at MAXIMUS.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

      Easy calls, extra incentive for healthcare

      Cons

      poor and rushed training. Laid off out of no where because they overhired.
