Pros
Maximus are very focused on there staff well being. Mental health a huge factor in the modern and we are given on going training and development where this is accessed and monitored. They are considerate of personal development and have a real team environment even as a remote worker.
Cons
My only con is there are not enough remote roles to remain with the company and will be sad to leave in March.
