I just got laid off of a Maximus project (cover me.gov) today after worrying about this for over a month and kept being told I’m overacting nothing is going to happen and my performance has only gotten better. So clearly, that was not the reason. It’s honestly horrible that they treat their employees baldy. I understand employees you like don’t take a job very seriously and underperform I get that part. However, nothing just laying on any type of employees from policing was the time or even doing the correct job Maximus needs to really hire more full-time employees and stop treating their employees like garbage and also they need to warn people way further in Vance if they’re going to just be laid off
