Pros
For individuals who are looking for social service experience, great company. There are many areas available for individuals who are entering the social service field.
Cons
MANAGEMENT, POLICY, DRESS CODE, HR. The individuals in these roles are unsure of their duties and what is required of the company. Policies change DAILY! If changes occur employees are expected to know the changes, even if they are not communicated. Unable to socialize and will be written up if you talked. They treated the employees as if they were in a sweat shop, sit at your desk 8 hours a day, no communication and will be "shushed", The dress code is the dumbest thing I have ever seen, but management, HR, QA are allowed to wear skin tight clothing and flip flops, with their tattoos showing. Other staff will be written up. Management automatically accuse individuals of wrong doing, before researching, Advancement withing Memphis office is minimal.
