Pros
I've been blessed and thankful to have excelled with a project contracted by the company since it's birth. I started out with an entry-level position as a Data Entry Specialist, then became a Customer Service Representation. Due to my work ethic, knowledge, and soft skills, I was recommended to become a team lead and supervisor. A few months down the line, I was able to work with a team on many specialized projects, and which lead to the becoming of a Subject Matter Expert (Associate Business Analyst). I love the team I work with, and I've gained so much experience with the company. I would recommend this particular project with the company to someone who is willing to learn and adapt, and improve their skill set.
Cons
There are some downsides, being that training for individuals coming in the door needs improvement. There is, at times, lack of professionalism within this particular project. Dress code has seen improvement however still a problem (especially for women) in the work place. Pay is definitely not that great compared to similar jobs/workplaces, and often time, may get stuck on a task/project for an unprecedented amount of time.
