      Pros

      Direct line manager is supportive, especially when you struggle with emotional issues.

      Cons

      Communication in the company, between departments is not great. You are not offer a lot of flexibility in terms of creating workshops, or handouts due to DWP restrictions. A lot of people are frustrated.

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

      Cons

      They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
