Pros

Compensation is decent for employment without formal education. CCR's will assist each other as much as possible when they aren't flanked with calls.

Cons

Spend most of of the year working less than 40 hours, so you'll have the same parking costs and bills, with about 70% of your income. Management is everywhere when they want to look under your cubicle to see if your shirt is tucked in, or if your skirt is 1cm short. They are nowhere when a consumer needs a supervisor, because a case was escalated URGENT months ago and there's no resolution and "de-escalate" doesn't cut it. They are even missing in action or passing the buck when a rep earns a commendation. Sold two 15-minute breaks in interviews only to have only one, and that is on W-F, none on Monday or Tuesday. Get harassed for Medically Excused Absences System needs severe updating, and inconsistent memos keep CCR's confused and penalized for the lack of clarity. The first company I've ever worked for that has no clear cut vision or standard. As a result, it is impossible to uphold it.
