Pros
There are no pros to this company other than having somewhat of a paycheck after putting your paycheck up for business expenses first.
Cons
Low pay for similar position compared nationally Much longer hours than told at time of hire without paid overtime (flextime is never able to be taken when you operate a program alone) Employees pay for all of their own benefits (medical, dental, vision, and others to choose from) 10 days total for vacation, sick, personal days off which doesn't increase w/time w/company Multiple changes in supervisors who don't know what the deliverables of the contract are or how their programs operate Employee pays for business expenses with personal credit card and must await reimbursement for far too long with low salary even when your position travels 75% of the time No support from upper management All upper management are "Vice Presidents" of something - its a joke No recognition for outstanding service to company and clients other than lip service Have no concern for employees
