Responsive senior leadership and excellent work life balance. Nurturing an environment that tolerates personal learning and growth opportunities can be tasking for any multibillion-dollar organization to do, it is not often easy to make room for the best interest of each individual member of an organization and also make room for the growth of the organization. While at Maximus, I have had the opportunity to grow personally and understand Business better, I have also had the opportunity to grow in the technology space and understand Maximus business better in the technical space.
