MAXIMUS understands employee growth, encourages promotion from within, and has a solid foundation of training employees up to a high level of competency.
Cons
Whereas MAXIMUS does promote from within, they tend to keep to a previously outlined portfolio for pay grade level, competency level, etc., which may have been developed by someone unaware of the true job duties.
