      Pros

      You can make as much as you're willing to work. Some people worked all the time and made $15,000 or more in bonuses.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a 40 hour work week this isn't the job for you. It's impossible to meet quota and work only 40hrs a week despite what management says. Will require at least 50 hrs a week.

      Pros

      Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

      Cons

      Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.
