      Pros

      Practice what they preach - the motto'helping government serve the people' really does imbue day-to-day life. Staff at all levels embrace the challenge of serving government clients and the people supported by their programs.

      Cons

      Government contracting has its drawbacks - this company is not Apple - but the people do work very hard and innovate to meet the needs of the clients
