Pros
Great Company. Local project management was engaged with not only the needs of the client and the customers, also with the needs of the staff.
Cons
Contracting with the government leaves projects at the mercy of government budget changes. Not something the company could mitigate, however I was aware of the efforts to do so at management levels.
