      Pros

      Benefits (not including PTO) were somewhat decent.

      Cons

      Low pay, micromanaged, no flexibility I was flat out lied to about growth potentials within the company. There were none in my geographical area. Not that I would want to move up in a company that does not care about their employees

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

      Cons

      They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
