      Pros

      Opportunity to learn the medical field, claims processing and how to NOT perform in a corporate environment. My direct supervisor is very professional and competent.

      Cons

      The majority of the company is run by people that seem to have no idea what they are doing. The specific project I am referring to is an SCA project for the Veterans choice program. It could be just this location that is unprofessional, however the communication is extremely horrible from a corporate standpoint.

      Pros

      Paid Holidays, a good amount of sick pto and regular pto.

      Cons

      They have been doing a few rounds of layoffs and not hiring new staff. I feel more like a number than an actual person. They removed the incentive program and keep pushing for better numbers, but there is no drive to do so.
