Pay keeps decreasing - Quality Assurance Analyst Maximus Employee Review

They cut our pay in half after they acquired us and they’ve continuously reduced our monthly bonus (which is contingent upon our performance - they pay us a set amount per report that we send to the VA in excess of our quota and that amount has decreased by $4-10 per report which equates to hundreds - thousands of dollars of a difference in pay plus they’re now limiting overtime availability; poor management, upper leadership that is unwilling to compromise and repeatedly unabashedly tries to dismantle our unionization efforts. VES was a fantastic company before Maximus bought us out.
