Pros
As someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast paced environment, I really enjoy working here. We move at the pace of a startup trying to do great things. Everyone is generally really motivated and a top talent at what they do. Everyone is on a mission and working to change the world. Culture is impressive and they spend a lot of money on employee benefits and resources.
Cons
Sometimes can be too fast and demanding, but that comes with the territory. Expectations of everyone are extremely high. Most employees have been here for less than a year, so everyone is adjusting.
