Good culture, shaky stability and leadership challenges - Anonymous employee May Mobility Employee Review

Shaky stability with turnover of middle management and layoffs. Worried with the lack of marketing innovation, understanding of opportunities and cohesive direction. I believe this is a direct leadership issue, not staff, for not taking needed ownership of the role and seeing the connection of the opportunities.
