Great atmosphere for beginning designer. Friendly staff and easy going management. Understands that having team building creates a positive work place and happy employees.

Cons

Need to improve internal management for client growth. Quoting projects was a struggle because of the lack of experience in design leadership.

Pros

You will learn a ton of things when you start working here. They have a huge diverse portfolio of clients across all industries. They use current software to administer support. Very nice building including a gym and an awesome kitchen.

Cons

Management changes their minds every week about how they want things done. They complain about money every couple of days. The turnover rate is really high. The compensation is sporadic and based on how the owner feels instead of anything conrete. There are no consequences for long time employees who slack off. Compensation is middle of the road for the area and below the industry.
