Pros

easy work, paid decent, good vacation.

Cons

Benefits aren't very good, like health insurance is terrible, there are a bunch of lazy people there about 90 percent are lazy and the other 10 percent are forced to do all the work and get punished for everything, management isn't fair and have no idea how to run the business properly.

Benefits are fabulous here at Mayfran! Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term disability, Life Insurance, On-site Gym, On-site health clinic, excellent 401K package and so much more! We have also been under new management since August of 2012. The changes in our leadership have been amazing!

Remote only have to be at the office two times a year with management

Cons

Manager would run around saying I'm a VP I know it all
