      Pros

      Respectful, collegial environment. Excellent benefits. Mayo Clinic makes working easy: backup childcare, generous paid time off, excellent continuing education support (tuition reimbursement), subsidized commute via public transportation.

      Cons

      Organization is stuck in "that's the way we've always done (insert topic)" mindset that gets in the way of innovation and creative solutions. Employee parking is almost nonexistent, which makes getting to and from work a real challenge for most.

      Good hospital environment very people friendly

      The pay is very low for the amount of work. The work is very overwhelming please believe me. I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to help someone out. They started my entire class off with 21 dollars no matter your work experience or education. Which is very unusual. The pay range on the application is very misleading. You get 5 points in your out of there. I saw my coworkers in the bathroom crying because of the work load. The benefits are high not very affordable. You must be in the position a year an order to leave the department which isn’t disappointing
