There are many challenges to working here. The manager is terrible and does not know how to talk to his employees. Nerver passes any word out. Currently going thru a major exercise and never was any info passed out about it. Had to find out about it in the base paper. Not all the blame goes on the management. Corporate for both companies don't care about employees. They know we need more employees to handle the work load but do nothing. Haven't seen any hire ups in months. Don't care to come around and see how there employees are doing. They are afraid of what they might hear.
