Not many cons it’s a good job

Work–life balance is respected. Plans and objectives are built with realistic timelines. When life stuff comes up, managers are flexible without making you feel guilty. The workplace actually feels close-knit. People check in on each other and celebrate wins. There’s real freedom to improve processes. Making meaningful change is rewarded. Goals are grounded. Objectives fit our capacity and leadership says “not now” when something would blow up the plan.
