Hostile environment with poor management and hours - Cashier McAlister's Employee Review

- The manager I worked with had an unbearable attitude. She was the GM and I never got trained correctly so everytime I would make a mistake she would have an attitude. The environment in that Mcalisters was always hostile as well as the employees could never get free things but certain customers could always get free items. The hours were terrible and it depended on labor . You basically had to bow down to certain customers and if you didn’t you would get yelled at. I do not recommend working at Mcalisters in Cornelius NC.
