Pros
I would say the best pro is that Mcalister's Deli treats the entry level workers with great respect. As far as being an employee, you wait on people after their food has been delivered but you have no chance to get paid tip according to the store policy. All tips despite the store policy should be given to the Southlake Sports donation box. This is good if you are a customer who wants good service yet does not have to worry about paying tip after words. Good product but sometimes it is frustrating to get treated badly and asked to do a lot for a custoemr and get no rewards for it all. This a lot of times is just the food service industry unfortunately. You can also always swap shifts with someone as someone is always either trying to get out of a shift or is trying to get more hours. Management could care less about this as long as they have notice and you do not do it all the time. Flexible hours.
Cons
